Mrs.Swapna Mohanty has joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 19th March, 2010. She completed her Graduation from West Bengal University. She is a dynamic businessperson with over 17 years of experience. Common opinion says if talent and passion prevails, women share an equal position in the market as men. Her ability to get work done and understand people is what makes her a better leader. She believes that women today are holding and commanding top-notch positions in the real estate industry, be it development or services companies, as well as in industries such as banking and equity funding firms that work hand in hand with the real estate sector. Mrs.Mohanty key to adapt to today’s dynamic business world is “Learning Everyday” At 50 years of age, Mrs.Swapna Mohanty can be considered as an inspiration for many women who want to carve a path of their own.
Her amiable personality that lends itself to building long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and Government Departments too. She has an implicit understanding of the unique needs of the blossoming Real estate industry.
SANGEETA MOHANTY

Ms.Sangeeta Mohanty has been the Director of ACPL since 2012. A graduate in Architecture from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, she is deeply involved in various design and interior aspects of the projects dealt by the Company.
Over the past decade, she has handled and mastered the areas of Project Execution, Quality, Technology, Process & IT, Customer Relationship Management, Design & Engineering and many other facets of the business. She has contributed significantly to product delivery. She continues to drive the organisation towards a leadership position in the real estate and construction business. Apart from being a member of Indian Institute of Architects, She is also a trustee of a Govt Educational college in Balasore, Odisha and the Joint Secretary of the North Odisha Builders Association.
Ms.Sangeeta is an approved Valuer entitled by the Indian Bank’s Association. She has been felicitated by Odisha News channel for Excellence as a Young Achiever in Real estate Sector in the Year 2015. Her hard work had made the Company achieve the Brand Leadership Award, 2019 in the Real Estate Sector held in Bhubaneswar. The Award was presented by Dr.R.L.Bhatia, Founder of CSR and World Sustainability and media partner ABP News. She was also awarded the 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year’, making her one of the youngest recipients of this prestigious award. Recently, she has been honoured by the Certificate of Appreciation by the DGM of Regional Business Office, State Bank of India towards her contribution in Business growth of State Bank of India. She was the only Women Entrepreneur nominated as the Resource Person of the North Odisha Start up Fest to discuss new business & enterprise idea.
Apart from devoting time to take the Company at a higher level she also makes sure to contribute the maximum amount every month to the society and for many CSR Activities in and around Odisha. Recently many blood donation camps, planting of trees, arranging facilities to teach physically challenged kids etc.
